In three months of trading Monmouth Dean have broken all records by completing 16 transactions, been instructed to let over 300,000 sq ft of office space and have let or acquired over 90,000 sq ft. We currently have a further 56,000 sq ft of space under offer and the Duchy of Lancaster (The Queen’s personal property portfolio) has chosen to retain Monmouth Dean as their sole agency advisors.
