Our clients, an overseas investor, has completed an off-market sale of 12 Soho Square and 3-7 Soho Street, W1 to a UK Property Fund for £22m.
The buildings are fully let to tenants on a variety of leases and the new owners are looking to consolidate its Soho portfolio and benefit from the arrival of Crossrail in 2018, as well as taking advantage of the significant increased market rents.
