The Challenge: This modern office building was originally redeveloped behind a beautiful retained facard. The top floor became vacant and was in need of a full refurbishment prior to being placed on the market. After ensuring the refurbishment was flawless, the next major challenge was launching the office space at the end of 2016, when the market was experiencing more uncertainty due to global economic concerns.
The Solution: After a quick, but extensive marketing push, a suitable occupier has been identified who shortlisted a number of competing buildings. A proactive approach was taken and after a period of detailed negotiations, terms were agreed. Today this will stand as one of the only deals to sign in 2017 at this level in Covent Garden.
