Client’s Requirement: To acquire c 10,000 sq ft of brand new space for a 10 year term.
The Brief: The client was looking for something ‘different’. They wanted new, clean open space with an abundance of natural light (and ideally views of a City landmark). TwentyFour is a fixed income specialist currently managing over £7.6bn for clients. In 2015, they entered into a strategic partnership with Vontobel Asset Management, a Swiss based organisation. This further fuelled the desire for an office with a difference.
The Solution: Following an extensive search of the entire City Market, The Monument Building was quickly identified as the preferred option. The upper floors had views of both the River Thames, Tower Bridge and The Tower of London, whilst still occupying a prime position in the City.
The client now enjoys occupying a spectacular 7th floor office with the views they wanted.
