Client’s Requirement: To dispose of c 20,000 sq ft of surplus accommodation at their HQ building.
The brief: Fidessa were looking to dispose of c 20,000 sq ft in their HQ directly opposite Bank station. They hold a lease of the entire building of c 60,000 sq ft of offices and as such the type and nature of any sharing occupiers was extremely important.
The Solution: The accommodation was extensively marketed and we were successful in securing successful City recruiters Empiric, who took a new sublease of the entire 1st floor (c 8,000 sq ft) and major contractor Permasteelisa who took the entire 2nd floor (c 8,500 sq ft).
