As reported in the Estates Gazette, the Media Trust, advised by Monmouth Dean, are the first tenants to take space in Centre House, the new creative industries campus located within the BBC’s world famous Television Centre site in Wood Lane, Shepherd’s Bush.
Media Trust, who’s trustees include newsreader Jon Snow, Mark Thompson (Director General of the BBC) and Sophie Turner Laing (the Managing Director of Sky) work with media organisations to enhance their communications and enable communities to find their voice. Corporate members are the BBC, Channel 4, Daily Mail and General Trust, Disney Channel UK, Guardian Media Group, IPC Media, ITV plc, MTV Networks UK & Ireland, News International, OMD, Sky, Virgin Media TV and Warner Bros.
Media Trust had to move from their space in Derwent London owned Riverwalk House on Millbank prior the building’s conversion to residential.
Monmouth Dean have been very active in assisting charities in there relocation and have recently advised Teach First in their acquisition of 23,000 sq ft in 4 More London, SW1 and Ark who moved to 14,000 sq ft of offices in Kingsway, WC2.
