It has to be Waterloo

We are proud to say that the refurbishment is complete on this stunning new Waterloo scheme and what a scheme it has turned out to be.  

The building has been rebuilt around the original structure giving full height glazing throughout. The offices have exposed air conditioning, metal tile raised floors, bike racks and shower facilities as well as a striking double height reception with a feature staircase.

Having pre-let the 3rd floor we have the 1st and 2nd floors available of c.6,000 sq ft (splits would be considered), and the self-contained ground, lower ground and mezzanine of c.5,800 sq ft – interesting alternative uses and ideas are welcome.
