Golden Square secures precious occupiers...

 It will come as no surprise that the new tenants Monmouth Dean have housed in 37 Golden Sq, Soho are established media companies. In fact the letting of the 2nd floor offices (3,700 sqft) was to a subsidiary of Young & Rubicam ( ), the advertising giants who love to “resist the usual”.

The 5th floor offices (2,600 sqft) were let to Live & Breath ( ) a cutting edge marketing company and the final floor is under offer to a leading IT brand protection company.
