Monmouth Dean’s initial optimism proved to be correct and after an initial marketing campaign a number of potential purchasers showed significant interest. After some rapid, but detailed, negotiation one party was identified as the most likely purchaser of both buildings and the transaction was completed quickly and painlessly.
