Deals before Christmas

 London office agents Monmouth Dean ended 2010 on a high with a series of smaller office lettings which included:A letting of 1,600 sq ft at 1 Wardour Street, Soho, W1 to a magazine publisherThe acquisition of 3,500 sq ft at 36 Lexington Street, Soho, W1 for retained clients, PumaThe letting of 3,200 sq ft at 1 Angel Court, EC2 to recruitment consultantsThe letting of 2,000 sq ft at the Heal’s Building on Tottenham Court Road to a mobile advertising company Monmouth Dean’s Ray Walker commented “it was great to get a quick flurry of deals to complete just before the Christmas break.” He added “despite the doom and gloom in the press, 2011 is already looking like it’s going to be a busy period and we are all looking forward to building on the successes of the last twelve months.”
