Monmouth Dean have let the 3rd floor at 27A Floral Street, Covent Garden on behalf of AnaCap to Gorkana. The new tenants then negotiated a new lease directly from the landlord Rugby Estates. AnaCap have moved to new premises at Grafton Advisors recently refurbished 25 Bedford Street, WC2, where they took a lease on approximately 8,000 sq ft from European Capital.
