Rhys Evans and Paul Dart, both agency partners at EA Shaw have resigned from the practice to team up with Ray Walker, the former head of NB Real Estate’s West End team. The new practice, Monmouth Dean, will concentrate on giving the very best agency advice to occupiers and landlords in the Central London area and will be based in Soho.
