Telecom software clients of Monmouth Dean have acquired 9,000 sq ft of office space in Yahoo’s former HQ at 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, Covent Garden, WC2. They were previously located nearby in a self contained building, but wanted the efficiency a large single floor suite and were delighted that Monmouth Dean were able to secure them a reverse premium payment from Yahoo to help fund the cost of their move.
