Steeped in history but still designed for the modern discerning office occupier

After completing one of the most stunning refurbishments that Monmouth Dean has had the pleasure to have been involved in, we were tasked to let the Grade II listed building at 3 Robert Street, Covent Garden. Our clients OMC Investors were delighted that we have achieved 2 lettings so far in the building with 2 remaining office floors currently available.

3 Robert Street was built in the late 18th century and forms part of the Adelphi development that Robert Adam designed. In fact, he and his brother actually lived on the top floor of this building for a number of years.

The 4th floor has recently been let as offices and was taken by a successful firm of consultants who will benefit from one of the 3 roof terraces. Joining them is a high-end Spanish Spa who have taken the ground and 1st floors.

The 2nd and 3rd office floors remain and provide c.2,500 sq ft each. All tenants have access to a large roof terrace which offers uninterrupted panoramic views, south over the River and beyond.
