We are delighted to announce that Statoil, advised by Monmouth Dean, have taken a further 26,000 sq ft in the prestigious Paddington Central Development. It demonstrates that the Norwegian oil giant, who already occupy 77,000 sq ft in a neighbouring building, value the location as their long term UK base.
