LULULEMON expands UK operation with new Covent Garden Headquarters

Garden House, 57-59 Long Acre, London WC2 - on behalf of Royal London Asset Management

August 2015 - London: Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), advised by Monmouth Dean, has agreed to lease the entire upper floors of Garden House, Covent Garden, WC2, to Lululemon for its new UK headquarters.

Lululemon, the luxury yoga and running-wear provider, opened its flagship UK store in the area in March last year. It is set to move into its new headquarters in September having agreed a 10 year lease at a rent of £600,000 per annum.

Garden House is a mixed use building compromising retail space on the basement and ground floors and a further four floors of Grade A office space totalling 8,885 sq ft.

Yasin Sadiq, Senior Asset Manager at RLAM commented:

“Covent Garden is known for its eclectic mix of business, leisure and retail occupiers and it is a testament to this that Lululemon has chosen to expand in the area.

“Garden House underwent extensive refurbishment in 2015 and now offers contemporary office space with modern architectural features including an impressive atrium. Due to this investment, and RLAM’s commitment to this mixed-use scheme, we felt confident that the space would attract a high profile occupier. We look forward to welcoming Lululemon’s team to the building.”
