London Design Festival

The 13th London Design Festival kicks off on the 19th September and promises to be one of the best ones yet. During the course of the week, over 350 events will take place at various venues across the capital, from large-scale galleries to small, independent studios. Some of the highlights of the festival include the Curiosity Cloud at the V&A Museum, the 10 Designers in the West Wing exhibition at Somerset House and A Bullet from a Shooting Star at The Greenwich Peninsula. There are also seven ‘Design Districts’ to explore, such as the Clerkenwell Design Quarter. This thriving part of London will host events such as A Sense of Jewellery at the Goldsmiths’ Centre, Designing with Nature at the Interface Showroom and the Morgan Showroom’s Art and Design Exhibition.

We have really enjoyed exploring Clerkenwell while assisting Oki-Ni in acquiring a new office on the ground floor of Compton Courtyard. We feel sure that this vibrant area will have lots of exciting events on offer during the week-long festivities.
