Launching new offices to the market has kept us very busy lately at Monmouth Dean. Last week we brought to the market two new products, one in Soho, the other in Holborn and this week we are launching yet another, which is in Covent Garden.
51 Great Marlborough Street, Soho saw us getting some great feedback from agents who considered the offices “very reasonably priced space” for the refurbished 1st floor of 4,700 sq ft. Our clients, the landlord BlackRock, were delighted especially when we had some early interest to report.
Later in the week we had over 120 agents visiting Holborn Tower, High Holborn where we have already let 6 out of the 11 floors on behalf of a private landlord. Another lovely breakfast reception showed off the refurbished building which has stunning views over London and only 9,000 sq ft remaining to rent.
This week sees us hosting lunches at 3 Robert Street, Covent Garden where the owners have undertaken a superb refurbishment of this 10,000 sq ft period building. Due to its high specification and a large roof terrace with unencumbered views, south over the River, it has been described as a building “where Mayfair style meets Covent Garden”.
We are sure of its success but if you need further information on any of these offices please speak with Rhys or Rebecca on 020 7025 1390.
