From one stud to the next

11-12 Floral Street was home to the Sanctuary for 37 years. The tranquillity of the famous spa provided a retreat for many to relax and unwind. Some will also remember that it provided the set for Joan Collins to cavort on a swing over the swimming pool in the movie, The Stud.

Today Capital and Counties, have undertaken a major redevelopment of these listed buildings which now house David Beckham’s high end fashion brand, Kent & Curwen. The entire upper floors provide some of the quirkiest offices in Covent Garden which total approximately 3,700 sq ft.

As one of CapCo's advisers on their flourishing Estate, Monmouth Dean are delighted to bring these offices to the market in due course. Steeped in so much history it truly is something to enjoy and witness the ongoing transformation of Floral Street.
