Get yourself into the festive spirit by heading down to St Martin-in-the-Fields for their Family Christmas Concert. Each Christmas the beautiful church comes alive with various performances from some of London’s finest musicians and this year is no exception. The historical landmark will welcome the London Musical Arts Orchestra, conducted by John Landor, who will be performing excerpts from famous works, such as Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and Handel’s Fireworks Music. Lit by candlelight and complete with Christmas carols for all to sing, this concert is sure to be a spectacular start to the Christmas season.
Tickets, which are available online, are selling fast for this festive event and cost £7-16. The concert starts at 4pm and all ages are welcome.
Trafalgar Square and its surrounding areas are an iconic part of London and are always bustling with exciting things to do, particularly at Christmas.
