Camden Beach

Around this time of year most Londoners get a chance to go away and enjoy the beach for a week. For those who don’t have that opportunity this year - or for those who did but already miss the sand - get down to Camden Beach at the Roundhouse. Every summer the Roundhouse transforms its roof into a beach paradise, complete with sand, deck chairs, beach huts and, of course, beach bars. There are also ping pong tables for the more active beach-goers. Entry is free and it’s the perfect place to relax after a day’s work or you could even hire a beach hut with friends and make a day of it. There are various pop-up restaurants on offer so you don’t even need to bring anything, all you need to do is get there. The Beach is open from 5pm-11pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 12pm-11pm from Wednesdays to Sundays. Chalk Farm tube station is just a stone’s throw away from the Roundhouse, or Camden Town is a 10 minute walk through the famous Camden Market.

Monmouth Dean are extremely excited to be the sole letting agents for Belmont Yard in Camden. A former piano factory, the property has been recently renovated to create two studio spaces, with original wooden floors, exposed brickwork, feature lighting and extended windows. The warehouse-style office spaces are currently for sale as virtual freeholds.
