Another landlord coup in Soho for agency’s golden boys.

Monmouth Dean has been instructed by ING to lett the available office space at 37 Golden Square, Soho, London, W1. The 25,000 sq ft building houses retail specialists CWM and their high profile neighbours include Sony, M&C Saatchi and Absolute Radio. The building is situated in a prominent position on the North East corner of Soho square and provides a total of 10,000 sq ft of space available in floors of between 2,500 and 4,000 sq ft. Rhys Evans, a Partner of Monmouth Dean, says “we established our company in Golden Square, Soho in January and are delighted to win our first instruction that we’re actually able to see from our office window!” He continued “This is an impressive win for us and demonstrates the confidence highly regarded funds, such as ING, have in our company. With the huge development potential this building has, it is an exciting opportunity to create something special and add significant value to our client’s property fund.” The space is available at a quoting rental of £35 per sq ft, exclusive.
