Monmouth Dean has just completed the last in a line of six office lettings in Alhambra House, 25-33 Charing Cross Road, Covent Garden. The building, in the heart of London’s world Famous Theatre land, was itself once a successful and well known music hall and is now fully let. Partner Rhys Evans commented “we were already preparing to market two floors in the building, when a previous tenant vacated four other floors at once. This was a shock to the system and we were under significant time pressure fill the building quickly”, he added “we worked in partnership with our joint agent and are delighted to see this former theatre filled without too many unnecessary dramas....”.
